The Semi-Annual Owners Meeting of the Katie Ridge Property Owners Associaiton will take place on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 6:30 pm at the Providence Baptist Church on Broadway.   The Election of the Board of Directors and a vote on the purchase of land for a community park will take place.  Please plan to attend or send in your proxy form if you are unable to attend. 

Owners annual dues are due by March 10th.  A $25 late fee will be assessed to all accounts that have not been paid by March 10, 2011.
